Shipping:
Orders are shipped within the United States only. We ship using UPS, Federal Express and USPS Priority Mail.
With UPS and Federal Express incorrect address information will incur extra charges that will be charged to your credit card. This includes product(s) that cannot be delivered due to incorrect/incomplete address information, which was given by you at the time of ordering. This charge is $11.00.
Examples:
· No suite number
· Apartment number
· Wrong zip code
· Recipient has moved
· Requested delivery to a new address
Please check your printed invoice or email confirmation and contact us at once with any corrections before shipping. Once the product has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
All refused delivery that is returned to Bama Nail Source will be subject to a $25.00 fee that must be paid before any future shipments.
There will be free shipping on regular orders over $150.00 excluding sales tax and shipping charges.
There is also an additional charge for non-commercial (residential) delivery of $2.75.
We usually ship within 36 to 48 hours of receiving your order during normal business hours. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Estimated Shipping Time Zones and Cost:
Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address, weight, size of the package, and HAZMAT surcharges. There are many factors when shipping that may affect the cost your items. Actual shipping cost will be applied at the time of shipping by the office. A physical address is required for UPS and Federal Express delivery. UPS and Federal Express do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

You will need to reorder any items that are out of stock.
Shipping Damage:
Damaged items must be reported to us when you receive the merchandise in order to guarantee a replacement or exchange.
When you receive your package please inspect it. Visually notice if there is any damage to the package. Open the package and inspect your items. Notify the carrier of any damage right away. Save the package and all the contents. Give us a call and we will provide you with special instructions for returning the damaged items and the replacement of the product.
If there is a missing item(s) contact us immediately. If you receive the wrong product due to our error, we will promptly ship the correct item(s) ground at no additional cost.
