Return Policy:
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items approved for return. We will accept merchandise for return only within 15 days of receipt; provided that the merchandise is in its original condition (all original material, unopened, unused, accessories, clean and saleable condition, warranty cards and packaging, etc). We cannot accept or process used product. The above also applies to in store and local purchases with a 5 day return policy. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Return shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
Return Process:
Customers must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to returning an item within 15 days of receipt. All items returned without a RAN will delay the process. All returns are subject to inspection before approval of refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for return shipping, proper packaging and may be held responsible for any additional shipping charges accrued on unwanted or wrong item(s) ordered.
A copy of the invoice and a written statement documenting the reason for return must be enclosed with item(s).
Return product to the address provided with your Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package.
Once returned items are received please allow 7-14 business days for processing to be completed.
Non Refundable Items:
Absolutely no returns, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted on special/customized items. For health, safety and sanitation reasons no refunds can be accepted on implements, tools and drill bits. No refunds on promotional items, free items or returns due to misuse of product.
