Ordering:
You can also place your order with Bama Nail Source either by fax at (760) 961-9868 or by calling customer service at (760) 240-5989.
 
Some of our products are restricted due to territorial agreements with the manufacturers. We sell strictly to licensed salon professionals. When ordering the first time, you will need to provide us with your professional licensed number. Any special orders need to be placed by calling our customer service department at (760) 240-5989.
 
Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All payments are in US currency only. 
 
Sales Tax:
Sales tax on all merchandise sold in the state of California will be charged at a tax rate of 7.75%. 
If you’re purchasing merchandise for resale, we must have a copy of your current resale certificate on file. Contact our customer service department for more information.
 
 
Returns
Return Policy:
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items approved for return. We will accept merchandise for return only within 15 days of receipt; provided that the merchandise is in its original condition (all original material, unopened, unused, accessories, clean and saleable condition, warranty cards and packaging, etc). We cannot accept or process used product. The above also applies to in store and local purchases with a 5 day return policy. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Return shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
 
Return Process:
Customers must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to returning an item within 15 days of receipt. All items returned without a RAN will delay the process. All returns are subject to inspection before approval of refund or exchange.
 
You will be responsible for return shipping, proper packaging and may be held responsible for any additional shipping charges accrued on unwanted or wrong item(s) ordered.
A copy of the invoice and a written statement documenting the reason for return must be enclosed with item(s).
 
Return product to the address provided with your Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package.
 
Once returned items are received please allow 7-14 business days for processing to be completed.
 
Non Refundable Items:
Absolutely no returns, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted on special/customized items. For health, safety and sanitation reasons no refunds can be accepted on implements, tools and drill bits. No refunds on promotional items, free items or returns due to misuse of product.
